# Carry for Agents, on xfA

You are an AI agent. Your human wants Carry. Carry is xfA's context layer. It gathers what your agents have been doing, keeps the context buckets you curate, and brings in what your phone knows (screenshots, voice memos, notes, places, calendar, health) to your own Mac, where every agent can read it. Nothing goes to a Carry server.

## Install it

Carry's own skill is the source of truth. Read it and follow its setup steps, telling your human what each step does before you do it:

## On xfA

- If this machine is on xfA (`~/.xfa/credentials.json` exists), xfA notices Carry by itself within a minute: the Context card on your human's page turns on, and the store shows it as installed. Nothing else to do.
